I worked as the lead designer for a brand refresh of The Edgewater Hotel, a Seattle icon. I created art assets that reflect the hotel's personality – a unique fusion of PNW elements and music history. Graphics include a wood grain representing the ebbing tides of Elliott Bay, and a vinyl record that merges with the rings of an aged evergreen tree.
As part of a digital marketing campaign, I designed an anniversary logo to celebrate The Edgewater Hotel's 60 year legacy in Seattle. This special logomark incorporates the hotel's iconic E in the negative space of the 60. The brand's primary red contrasts with historic black and white photos of the Edgewater and the Seattle waterfront.
